Amazing service from Hostnine makes my life a lot easier!

I have a web design company in the San Diego county area of Southern California and I have used two other hosting companies before discovering Hostnine.com.

I am absolutely overwhelmed with the quality and quantity of customer service I experience every time I contact customer support. I swear that at least 50% of the time when I put in a support ticket I get an almost instantaneous response back. Its almost as fast as using an IM!

I've never experienced anything but courtesy, helpfulness and professionalism by the support team members. It is obvious that Hostnine is hiring well, training well and supporting their staff well to be achieving such high levels of quality. I hope (as I'm sure many of us do) that as Hostnine continues to grow that they will be able to keep this competitive advantage sharp and at the high level that they have achieved so far.
