I just had to mention this, I was amazed.
As a prospective new customer I sent an email to sales with a couple of questions. I sent it at about 11pm and didn't expect an answer untill morning. Well .... I received an answer in 9 minutes ! Not just the autoresponder but a real well thought and complete answer to something not in the FAQ. WOW!Thank you Anthony |

Well .... I signed up last night, got my welcome letter in under 15 minutes and submitted a request to transfer my existing site content. The transfer was complete early this morning. My soon to be former host doesn't have cpanel. The transfer confirmation email from Travis Brown said he had never seen the "monster controls" my old host uses. That didn't seem to slow him down, he got it all.
I am still in shock that someone "got it right" and did it without even blinking. They are going to spoil me and raise my expectations! Gene |
