1 sweet hookup!

Well, it's been nearly a month since moving to H9 and despite my best efforts to drive myself crazy everything was up and running quickly and efficiently. I encountered patience, understanding, more patience, great service, even more patience - - service at all levels was quick, professional and extremely competent.

The fact is, I was with support via email and online chat for about the first 4 days with every little question that popped into that chamber of horrors of mine [aka my mind!], but since then H9 ain't heard from me at all . . . because everything is cruising along just dandy.

I made a move here from a host that I loved because of HD space & bandwidth needs that they could not furnish - didn't come as a hosting refugee - the bar was even higher as I had already been used to exemplary service, great servers and regular improvements. I moved looking for a place that I could be for years - and I'm happy to say that if H9 continues as they are [excellent service, great hardware, always looking to improve] then I'll be hangin' my hat here for years to come.

Thanks especially to Ben for making my neurosis seem "normal" - dude's got his stuff together! All the guys on live chat support went above and beyond and Alex has the toughest skin I've ever encountered!
