The drive is throwing out massive I/O error's before it even gets a full boot off.
We are putting a new drive in and are mounting the old one as slave to see what data can be taken from it.

The server is online and we are troubleshooting the hard drive. In the mean time we are restoring the backup taken Jan 11 8:51 PM to the new UK data center.

The restore is about 40% done and will definitely be completed by late this evening.
