I have have some issues in transfers and WHMCS ( license invalid ) and now have been waiting since before christmas for these to be resolved. Although they say its an issue with my payments on another account. I have now paid this and they agreed that the issues would be resolved in 24 hours: TICKET: VWG-944833
Well its 4 days later and zero communication.................................... so i have got a deicated server i dont want and a reseller account i have not been able to use for now weeks! Its seems like its all one way traffic. you pay your monies but dont get a service, let alone technical support! |

They usually very good with their tech support, I cant complaint from my end anyways.. perhaps you can call them or call Ben directly .. he posted his direct line in a thread not too long ago for any questions or concerns about H9 etc..

i have called 3 times about this and never get through + i am in the uk so it ends up costing me a bit just to hold on. I have submitted "chase up" support tickets. pulling my hair out as i got pretty good support on my dedicated.

Will then the server be cancelled owningn no more monies WHMCS on the reseller account be reinstated in the next 24 hours The billing cycle changed on the reseller account as the account was not set up and WHMCS was not availible untill the 28th on December ( some time after i paid for the reseller account ) please respond to my queries so i can action payment etc. |
