I've hosted my sites with about 10 or so different providers over the past 9 years, and HostNine has proven themselves, time and time again, to be the best provider I have ever used.

The main reason? Service.

Every single provider will have issues, but it's just like you in your own life - it's not the issue, it's how you deal with it that makes all the difference in the world.

I have had very few problems (fewer than with any other provider), but for the one's I have had, HostNine has dealt with extremely fast (no matter the time of day), and they've stayed with it until I was satisfied. You can't ask for anything better than that.

Sounds a lot like my story. I think hostnine just has that affect on people. ;-) Could be the great service or maybe the great support.

Very Very Wise - and true!

It is certainly support's willingness to listen that makes the difference in how issues are dealt with. Although the cost of hosting with H9 is great, the price is not an issue. Good hosting that I am confident in is worth the price paid.
