Exclamation Nothing but grief with hostnine!

Try and open a reseller hosting account.

Then chase them up about whmcs
then do it again

They say email this address
you email
The email says use this url
wait...wait...wait some more

try again

then i get an email after they have set it up their end to goto a whmcs / hostnine site and sign up...

Whole process 12 days WTF

now i have account issues with them - i have not been able to use it at all.
waste of time

Do you have ticket numbers related to this situation?

If you inquired about WHMCS it's a simple form you fill out at HostNine - WHMCS License Form - 877-251-HOST then we provide you with the instructions. This is standard at any company in the world as we cannot give it out any other way since we resell the software you have to sign up their the WHMCS website as well.

If it was "standard" then why dont you expain it on your when signing up.

Thats not the point - i have to chase you guys after sign up only to be told to email another dept who then direct my to another hostnine url, that then directs me after a couple of days to the whmcs / hostnine site.

please dont go down to "standard practice" route as thats the standard one most people have to take.

We state we provide WHMCS free of charge. All you have to do is fill out HostNine - WHMCS License Form - 877-251-HOST, we verify your account, and provide you with the instructions on completing the rest at whmcs.com. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about that as they require you to register on their site. I don't understand how this makes us difficult to work with.

Your double post is what i am talking about.

I first emailed to asked about it and the url was sent

I signed up with that url after realising it was not automatic.....nothing

then after waiting days i emailed again only this time i had to email someone in your dept ( i thought standard practice was to deal with an issue and esculate it, not ask the customer to email someone else )

Then after waiting for a response from the email address i was told once again to submit the details the the url

after waiting for that submission you are then told to go to a whmcs / hostnine url.

This is my customer testimonial
