Live Chat ?

Hello,

I am looking for a new live chat programme. I have already purchased Stardevelops livehelp in the past and i don't like that much. I have used providesupport.com for 6 month, also i have used boldchat.

I am currently looking at phplivesupport.com that looks very neat also also i like http://www.turnkeywebtools.com/produ...=phplivehelper.

Liveperson looks great also but it is a little expencive at the moment.

Any other ideas.

was about to recommend the latest star develop live help but your not into it i was thinking of creating our own one but stuck with the ones already coded.

Yea.... I purchased the stardevelop last year and upgraded whenever there was a upgrade.

I really like www.phplivesupport.com though but you can never get ahold of anyone there which is really annoying.

I have just purchased the php live helper (www.phplivehelper.com) I will let you know what i think once i impliament this all into the site

The software it not up to much at the moment :S The one thing that i hate about it is that i have to login online because there is not software to download. I sometimes forget to login.

However i have contacted Kayako and they have offered me a very good deal with the there live chat software as well as their helpdesk. I think i might buy

What do you think of kayako?

I use kayako help desk thingy all intergrated into modernbill

unfortunatly im on a mac and their software for live chat is incompatable !

ive seen screen shots of the back end app and it looks very impressive.

I do have the app but like i said, its only for windows and not mac.

I have also used the normal client front end from other sites and it looks jsut like any other chat :P but still very usable and easy for the client.

Any update on your thoughts about Kayako? Not only the live chat but the package as a whole?

Maybe from your perspective the pros and cons between Cerberus and Kayako?

kayako is the best imo cant beat it.
