cpanel log in trouble
i setup my new reseller account. i can log into whm but cant get to cpanel from whm? also cant log into cpanel from the welcome e mail link. anyone else have this trouble or advice on it. live chat is no help. trouble tickets take a long time... i posted all the info in a trouble ticket and the reply was... what is the main domain on this account.
maybe i should check to see if my computer is plugged in...lol Jeff

We ask for the main domain name on the account as a confirmation that you're really the customer and to find out which server your on. I was promptly working on your support ticket.
