Reseller Signup Process
Hi all.
I signed up with H9 yesterday. Blake was online on Support chat. I asked him a couple of questions and decided to sign up immediately. The signup process was like a breeze! Great job H9  My account was ready in under two hours. I was set to go.Just a notice: Entry Reseller Plan comes free with 2 dedicated IPs. During the signup process, there was not a choice whether I want to use them or not. There was no choise whether I want to use Private Nameservers or not. Why don't H9 supply the resellers with their private nameservers with the dedicated IPs that come with the plan and set them up during the signup process? I belive it is a good thing for the "welcome" mail to contain the Private Nameservers and the Anonymous nameservers and leave the choice to the reseller to use whatever he wants. Anyway, I'm glad with the service so far although it's taking some time to setup the rDNS Thank you H9. Last edited by Citadel; 05-11-2007 at 11:23 AM.

This is because its optional, if you want them you ask, simple
we needed ours doing rather than the ns1.myserverhosts.com and hostnine sorted it out . all i had to do was submit a support ticket.
