its been 24 hours since all my client cannot access their site and also their visitor. i do not know what happen.. http://forums.hostnine.com/showthread.php?t=3452.
Now the status of this thread was resolve but unfortunately until now i cannot access my site... yesterday they asked me what is my IP because maybe they block my IP and i Give my ip. Now i check my site still i cannot access and al my client still complaining to me more thank 24 hours then cannot access their site... i do not know if this is coincidence because i request to transfer some of my site from my first reseller to new reseller.. This is the first time i encounter that i cannot access my site for more than 24 hours for 2 years client of H9. the last time i encounter this during the Outage in Texas..since then i did not encounter any problem also when i have a problem in my site the maximum 2 hours it already fix. but now i have 2 issue still didnt fix 1 my request for transfer for more than 4 days now and now all my site under my first reseller and even my reseller account. |

The issue is most likely not that the sites are down, but that your IP has been banned from the server.
I have the same problem and every client of mine that accessed their sites while it was DDOS-ed has been banned on the server causing a lot of upset. Would it not be possible to only banning the IPs that tried to access the domain that was attached and not everyone that accessed any site on the server? |
