Node54's system has encountered what appears to be a HD fault. We are rebooting it and running some HD tests on it.

We will update this thread when we know more.

The Harddrive has failed the initial tests and is not allowing the system to boot up, we will run a secondary repair, called a smart check. This will check and repair what it can.

If it fails, we will have to replace the HD.

As Both tests failed, they are mounting the old drive as a secondary HD and a new drive with a New OS on it.

It will take us several hours to get this complete. But there is no reason to believe there is any data loss and if there is, we still have a full system backup available to replace it.

We do understand your frustrations on this matter, but please check back here for updates.

Our support staff is finding it difficult to keep up with the increasing number of tickets simply requesting an update. As soon as we know anything, it will be put here.

The restore is running now. The old drive was only about 39GB in size so we expect the restore to take approximately 2-6 hours max. I will keep you posted via this thread.

The restore is about 94% done. We expect it to be completed within the next 1-2 hours
