Look, this is horrible...
It's really out of control.. I gag just to think of it... I just had this idea that might work.. simply, ban all the already registered spammers and close registrations.. Members only... It's crazy.. =/ c'ya |

Closing registration isn't a good idea as new customers wouldn't be able to join and get the benefits.
The only option really, is to have a better captcha upon sign up, to prevent the bots from registering in the first place. Upgrading to a new forum with better controls for this is probably the best idea as nothing has worked so far. |

I cannot remember how the account was auth'd when I signed up.. maybe admin auth needed should be enabled?
