One of my Customers has forgot his password and he has changed it since I originally set him up. Is there a way for me to overide and pick a new one for him? When I log on and try to change it through cpanel, it is asking for his old one. He has mySQL databases which he needs access to.
Any suggestions?

in WHM, in the menu, there should be a password modification option. All you do is select the account and put in a new password
