Well, *wave to Rick* I chatted you few time within 1 weeks via live chat in fact, I enjoy with chat with you, but I just thought why not post forum to everyone see it.

anyway, I'm 100% newbie who wish to start my own Hostingweb business, I understard that it may hard for me but, it will be new things to learn for me.

Also I must let you know, See, I'm fully deaf, thus unable to use phone, I know you have few other way to connect support and sales via live chat, etc. which I like about HostNine.

for few months, I "wander" look for good reseller plan for me as total newbie

however, I like to ask few questions here.

Do you provide consultation for reseller like as me? (I think it mean advice right?) well may I'm not brightest but I want know.

sadly, I not have any other question, truthflly, I not good at making question myself to host.

I must admit myself, I'm "host-hopper" cuz I try find host has good support and able to given advice too. I hope this host are right for me.
