Okay, here is the review 8)

-------------------------
Web Hosting Express has grown from a small host within the past 5 months, I though then I would need dedicated servers to house our existing clients and offer reseller hosting plans and give clients a bit more space and freedom. I emailed sales and Ben took my emails and was very helpful from the beginning.

So I got a dedicated server with HostNine and was advised that this may take around 24 business hours to setup (3 Days). This took around 2 1/2 days to set up. When this was set up my next step was to get all the accounts transferred onto the server so I filled in the transfers form and was advised that this could take up to 24 hours! This took alittle longer that advised but not too long.

I then had the check all client accounts were online and had transfer correctly, check MySQL etc. Everything was ok. :-) Next thing was to change nameservers and hostnine even took care of that for me!

Basically I owe it all to Ben, whatever i asked for he delivered. Ben made this process all very easy for me and I strongly recommend servers at HostNine.com Also thanks to Rick for being a help too. As i am all setup now i am looking to work with hostnine.com closely and who knows i may need another within the next couple of months

Thanks Very Much once again.

Let's know how that goes with your new box.

i.e in terms of root access, protection and all.

I'm thinking of going dedi myself. But don't have the number of clients for that yet (i'm less than 2 months old ) But the whole root access and server management and all kinda scares me. Thinking it'll be better just having multiple reseller accounts. Still pondering on the whole thing tho.

Dedicated Servers allow your company to grow much more. The fact that you're able to provide reseller hosting, puts you in a whole new market. The fact that you're not restricted by other users, makes it all worthwhile. On a dedicated, if you want something, you get it.

Reseller is a great start, especially since HostNine provides all the tools needed to get started. However, dedicateds are an upgrade worthwhile!

the most important thing i guess is not get big if you can pay, is getting bigger at the moment you need to grow cause that implies money.

Every business doesn't matter what does, require investment witch is great! just do it at the exactly moment you need it or only if you are so sure that is gonna improve your quality of your income. unless better borrow the money until the right moment...
