Hi,
Whenever i seem to mail support i got alot of names of staff members. Why are they not interacting with their customers within the fourms such as HostGator. That would be nice to get to know who we are working with on the forums. Mostly all that is registered is Rick. |

It's most likely because they're too busy doing real support. The forums are only meant for minor things and not real issues. That's what tickets, email, phone and live chat are for.

It would still be very nice. As if they have not got 5 minutes free a day! Share their knowledge and tips with customers.

Hi Liam,
That is what we mainly started the blog for www.hostnine.com/blog/ As we grow our staff there will be more time for interaction on the forums and we will also have staff profiles up on the website shortly as well. |
