Default Incomplete Answers and Unresolved Issues

Does anyone else have this problem with the staff here at Hostnine? I begin to wonder now the validity of all the testimonials I've seen here. I would am seriously considering just bouncing the hell on out of here as a customer. I haven't got the most simplest tasks accomplished in over a week and I have about 50 exchanged emails that show how ridiculous it is. I think this place is full of trolls.

Unfortunately I have to agree.

I've had similar experiences with support, getting a straight answer or simply a response that is longer than a shot sentence seems almost impossible.

In their defence it does seem to depend on who you talk to and I haven't had a problem in a while but it can get incredibly frustrating

Hi,

Please PM me your ticket numbers and I will look into this for you. I just hired 3 new local employees to increase the quality of our customer service but as you can see in the customer testimonials forum all of our testimonials are 100% real. This is the first time I have heard of a customer that is not truly satisfied and blown away by our top level of service and support.

Also H9 are planning to upgrade to VB very soon and they will be H9 staff on the forums!

Also most of them 97 are from the announcements and network news forums which only forum staff can post on them forums.
