Suggestion coming from a novice

I am a complete novice at reseller hosting. What I think is needed is more of a plug and play system for novices like me. My dream would be to just obtain a built hosting site that already has my domain name in there with Modern Bill and Site Builder installed for the customer. I would then just plug in my pricing and off I go to promote my site and get customers. Is this a pipe dream?

Well...would work great for Hostnine from marketing point.

However, expect that at some point, your customers will be back, demanding support at least half as great as Hostnine does. So the knowledge of some technical stuff is CRUCIAL, because all those webhosts that would be lured by the promise of no entry barrier to webhosting, would ultimately fail on support thing.

I thought the reseller packages already come with the above mentioned pre-installed? Nevermind though...
