I think host nine (like most other hosts) should have a server status page listing all their servers also a like to a uptime site to show that server uptime. This does not have to be automated - Also you could post server announcements on that page.
I know we already have one in the forum but not everyone is a forum lover! Liam |

Hi,
The reason we do not have that is for security purposes. If a hacker was able to locate the names / ip's of all of our servers that could be very bad. |

even without the names of the servers you can still get them + the ips. A trace route works best and I am able to see some (although not all) server hostnames and ips
