As a newbee struggling to feel my way around I totally screwed up and deleted some root files. Joshua B tolerated my basic questions and Alex J patiently helped me through a restart (there was no recent backup because of planet outage so a restore was out). For the amount of revenue involved from a small account I couldn't have wanted for better customer service.
