Do you have a custom field in your WHMCS called IP Address?
then in the Email template, you need to reference [ProductCustom-IP Address] and not just IP Address |

same happens here to, i have custom field and am using it as manual says....
Also i would like to ask about username creation. The mail i recieve from RC has 2 different username the one for Plesk and the other for ftp. Whmcs new account information has only the username that is for ftp access, which you can not connect to plesk. Is there any way to do something about this? Thank you |

3.6 or greater of WHMCS is required. (If I have been told correctly)
What version are you running? |
