I got the same thing, because RC has bugs after I try to create account in RC and found it took 44 minutes finally to be created and instead they put the new accounts on bad server like node1 etc.
It's a bug I think |

What version of WHMCS are you using?
What node are you trying to create the account on? Are you sure that you have WHMCS configured correctly? Have you tried creating the account manually within RC? I have not had any problems creating accounts lately within WHMCS, but I created an account on 34 last night directly in RC that took a very long time to create. The first thing that I would do is create the account in RC and time how long it takes. WHMCS' connection to RC times out after 200000 milliseconds (according to your error). If RC is taking longer than that to process, WHMCS will obvoiusly time out. Either way, you will find out whether the timeout is happening with RC or WHMCS. PS: I didn't mean to ask such a stupid question (whether you were trying to setup in tx) but some people don't seem to understand that if a server is down, you can't create an account on it.. Just making sure you weren't one

Let me rephase it:
Creating new accounts in WHMCS or RC takes forever most likely at least 30 minutes and some locations servers are full and RC locked up and frozed. I had to re login and choose new location. Right now I am using New York, works pretty OK for now.. All servers in Iowa are full. Node1 is bad and same for all Texas nodes. |
