I have an account for a new customer on node 41. The customer has complained since I signed him up that he has no web or email.
I cannot have customers without email for 24 hours so I tried to have the account migrated to a working node. Still no luck, migration failed. I have opened a critical ticket that has been unanswered for over 12 hours. My customer is now thinking of going somewhere else, perhaps I should do the same? Ticket: ODN-727792 |

Hi,
We understand everyones unhappiness in node41, and we will not be upset if anyone leaves over it, we as well will be leaving our provider because of this. If there is someway I can keep your business, feel free to PM me. |
