Is anyone satisfied with HostNine service really?
Do you think HostNine have many limitations? Does it really suit hosting reseller needs? Do you have many problems with HostNine servers? Or are there some privileged category of resellers and others with many limitations ? I am disappointed with HostNine and I wish they have powerful servers, with minimal limitation and good service Also, I think diversification of business is good, and do you have alternative hosting provaider than HostNine ? And which one please tell me. |

Hi,
I moved to Host9 running from a hosting nightmare, my previous provider was nice but suddenly become with lots of problems and outages. Until now I do not have a single complain on H9 services, it has been real nice for me. Keep up the good work!, beno |

I used to be very happy, but these days titan has been slowing down quite a bit. Server loads used be lower 1, and now it usually stays over 5.
Heh, I just checked and right now, the load is 143.08! I know this is just anomaly, but still not a good to see your server load goes that high. Anyways, just wish this is temporary hiccup and H9 will bring back lower server load again. |

My only hiccup was to do with server loads as well. Every time I checked, loads on galaxy were around 1-5. maybe seen it a couple of times below 1. Apart from that, amazing service and all.

I just moved to H9 this past weekend - transfered 7 sites, some problems were encountered [no fault of H9] and they were addressed lightening fast. I admit that I'm much more a pain in the butt than 99% of people, probably caused my own stress too, and I must say that if Ben, Matt, Alex, Anthony and the rest of the great support staff that I managed to torture via chat, email or phone were able to provide the likes of me with excellent service any normal person will have a super easy time of it!
Great care goes into training and the handling of customers' needs is top priority, I am very happy to have made the move and have total confidence that when challenges come up (as they always do), they will addressed quickly and efficiently. A wise man once said "It's not what happens that matters, it's how you handle it." These guys must have taken that to heart. Many thanks - I look forward to hanging my hat here for years to come Ron |

I've been using Hostnine for about 6 months now, and have had no complaints at all!
When I did have any problems, they sorted them out quickly and easily, Hostnine is the way to go. |
