OK, so it's true!

I have been with a some good hosting companies over the past two years. They both ended operation too soon. Support was fast, friendly, and detailed. DDS attack ended one and a new owner shut down the other.

I am happy to say that HostNine exceeds my best experiences so far.
When my most recent host had to shut down I had 48 hours to move my 10 clients to their new home. My search for a new host didn't take long but I always wonder what is behind the promises on a homepage. Reading these testimonials helped me make my choice.

Hostnine moved my sites within a day with no downtime. They smoothed a MAJOR bump in the road.

Since that day, 3 weeks ago, I have required support on several occasions and HostNine responded quickly. All of my issues have been resolved promptly. Even when I set priority as Low.

Service has been superb. All of my site have been up consistently since the day I joined HostNine. That is not what I experienced with my previous host.

How is it possible for them to move it within a day ? It usuall takes 48-72 hours for propagation. What kind of black magic they got rolling in the back

Haha, I think he meant they were able to transfer the accounts in a day. Although propagation is pretty quick when all you do is change the IP addresses of the nameservers instead of completely changing the nameservers all together.

what do you mean by changing the IP address vs the namesever ?

its the namesevers that have to be changed if pointed to hostnine or are you refering to transfering domains so there's no nameserver to change on our end

If you are using your own private nameservers (ns1/ns2.yourdomain.com) it is quicker if you just end up changing the IP address that is associated with those nameservers than having to actually change the nameservers.

You probably won't understand unless you are familiar with setting up nameservers
