Whats happening with berkshire?

the first few months with hostnine have been perfect however the last week or so on the UK nodes there has been serious dailly downtime with nodes going down every hour between 5 and 10mins, this problems do not show up in reseller central, about 10 mins go the whole lot has gone down and showing red across all uk nodes.
with several new clients this week this is not good

I agree.. Currently at this very moment in time i am unable to access my sites on 13 and 16.

I've had a hell of a lot of outages recently.

I logged in to RC, and it seems that node 13 was online, just under a high load apparently. 16 has been rediculous though. For a few weeks now it's been really unstable.. I've got one of my soon to be launched websites on there, and i havent been able to get a full day's work on it without outages

Hopefully this new harddrive will be a good thing

Full? :| That can't be good!

Althought it may just be a precautionary measure while maintenance is being carried out on a server?? *Hopeful*

Let's hope the reply is a good one. Most of my customers come from in the UK, and providing hosting in the UK is essential.

Fingers crossed..

Edit:

Btw, you can tell who's got sites on node 16, the online user list has just grew all of a sudden.
