Hey all,
Had a weird account creation error today. I have the WHMCS hooked into RC, and it's worked fine, up until this. A guy submitted an order, paid, and then I got an e-mail with an error in billing account creation (it created the CPanel account on the RC fine, this was in WHMCS) that e-mailed me to say FOUND (note: in big bold letters) - document moved to here, with a link on the word here. When clicked it said the DNS already exists, remove it from DNS cluster or something like that. It didn't send out the Account Welcome E-mail...I did it manually. The WHOIS indicated the registration of the domain was still being processed, could that be why? It was a .co.uk domain. |

I recieved that error once when the login had a underscore in it. Basically no symbols, just alpha-numeric characters.

Same problem over here also! Yet, when I click the "here" link, it creates the account after about 30 seconds, but doesnt add the information to WHMCS.

I'm getting that problem now also.
I have had to resort to setting WHMCS not to create accounts automatically. |

I submitted a ticket to WHMCS support, and they informed me that it's a problem with H9.
I had a feeling it was, as the error looked to be something this end. Dave |

Yes...can I call upon someone in support here on the forums to confirm this is something that is going to be looked at, please? I'd like my automated account creation to work again.
