On my reseller account, client of mine which his staff send email to him or other staff are having some problem.
ex. client@client.com send an email to staff@client.com , the staff@client.com receive the email fine, but the client@client.com receive a Failure Notice bounces messages, saying something like I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out. <ruslan@pacs03.infoave.net>: 64.18.4.10 does not like recipient. But he didnt send any email to this weird email address, i ask the client to run the anti virus and spyware killer program, both program are updates and didnt find anything, a big 0. The weird thing is that problem happen with other on different computer, so do you guys have any idea what can cause the problem? |
