Question on transferring a site
If I have the transfers group move a site from my old service to H9, does this also update the CPanel login and password? I had to create one in order to create the site in the Reseller CP, but I don't know what the site owner's credentials are. For security purposes I would rather not ask (not that it's a big deal, but still.) So once they do the move, will the logon and password be the one I created with the site on H9, or will they be the existing ones from the old location?

Upon transfering the site, they would have to delete the account you set up in RC, transfer the site, and then attach it to your RC.
Since they tranfer the root of the existing account (not the web root, but the actual account root) everything will be exactly as it was on the previous server(s), including the user/pass.
