What do you use for your support ticket system? Are any of the ones in fantastico any good? I would prefer to use a free package that allows emails to support to generate tickets as well. I don't need a live chat at this point, but in the future it may be nice.
Of course, when hostnine offers branded end user support, I guess this becomes irrelevant. |

eTicket is a PHP-based electronic (open source) support ticket system based on osTicket, that can receive tickets via email (pop3/pipe) or a web form. It also offers a ticket manager with many features. An ideal helpdesk solution for any website.

Posting, even though the OP started long time ago there are new posts recently. Cerberus at http://www.cerberusweb.com/ has several modes and there is a free "single email address" version - but for a small enterprise with mail forwarding you can use it to your advantage. Tracks tickets/responses, has a good knowledge base function. Easiest is mail pop/pipe but supports others.
A bit kinky to get set up but functions flawlessly once done. |

You can not mail forward on cerberus free it only had one incomming pop3 address and if you mail forward it gets rejected by the email parcer.

I am not sure what you are looking for but I have utilized all of the popular ones and here is my input.
Kayako.com is a great product, easy for customers, not so great on support from the company. no free version Cerberusweb.com - great product, a bit of a learning curve, decent support, a bit ugly on design. free version is available SupportTrio.com - great product, alot of features, great support, not bad looking. just released a free version. I believe all three of these have modules to blend in nicely with MB4. Not so sure about v5. |
