Wow, Honestly i'm not sure what the issue was with the guy giving HostNine a bad name on support, but personally I have had great responses to support tickets and always very quick responses and solutions. I may get a little edgy at times since I have clients that are bugging me constantly, but the support reps are always prompt and I have had very little problems communicating and getting problems solved within minutes.
I have actually been praising HostNine to my clients for a while now about their support and response times. So, in conclusion, I must say that i'm very satisfied with my experience. Also, that was a great move including the option to create windows and linux accounts on reseller accounts. That has really influenced my decision to stay and even purchase a larger account in the future. Thanks, Brian Tanner Web Design/Development |
