MB cron: cant get it to work???

Ok i checked out the modernbill help area and forums set up the cron several times with the info provided from MB but no go. I sent in a ticket to H9 and they gave me several cron codes to try and none of them worked. The last info from H9 said

"There is an error either in your MB settings or in the cron file, because it cannot open include/functions.inc.php"

this is the cron:
php -q -f /home/user/public_html/modernbill/include/scripts/cron_dispatch.cron.php /home/user/modernbill/include/scripts/ cron

and the error:
Warning: main(/home/user/modernbill/include/scripts/include/functions.inc.php) [<a href='function.main'>function.main</a>]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in <b>/home/user/public_html/modernbill/include/scripts/cron_dispatch.cron.php on line 38

Fatal error: main() [<a href='function.require'>function.require</a>]: Failed opening required '/home/user/modernbill/include/scripts/include/functions.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/user/public_html/modernbill/include/scripts/cron_dispatch.cron.php on line 38

does anyone know how to fix this or have a cron command that works for modernbill Version 4.4.1:B-2:K:001:21 with cpanel and whm????

Was "user" inserted for privacy or is this what you have?

If it is try replacing "user" with your account user name

this is the cron:
php -q -f /home/user/public_html/modernbill/include/scripts/cron_dispatch.cron.php /home/user/modernbill/include/scripts/ cron
