I just wanted to thank the H9 team for their support over the last few weeks.
I had some issues with migrating a site (the problems were my fault), and support was very helpful (especially Alex) and patient in guiding me through my issues. Also, today I noticed an issue with my OpenAds/OpenX installation, and posted the problem to support. This wasn't even an issue with HostNine, but Ben sorted it for me within 10 minutes - fantastic and over and above what I expect from any host. So - thank you to the H9 team. Server uptimes have been almost perfect recently and support has upped its game - great service. |
