I wondered the best way to setup emails to a script for such use of support requests sent via email going in to a ticketing system such as used by h9?
Is it all done by the script or do you have to do something in cpanel tosend it to the correct script. |

Some use pop or imap to pull the emails down
Others need the mail to be "piped" to the script in cPanel. In the forwarders you setup a forwarder to pipe the mail to script. eg: reply@domain.com forwards to |/home/account/public_html/folder/12/34/emailpost.php the | is important as it shows cPanel it is forwarding to a script |
