Email to Script
I wondered the best way to setup emails to a script for such use of support requests sent via email going in to a ticketing system such as used by h9?
Is it all done by the script or do you have to do something in cpanel tosend it to the correct script.

Some use pop or imap to pull the emails down
Others need the mail to be "piped" to the script in cPanel. In the forwarders you setup a forwarder to pipe the mail to script. eg: reply@domain.com forwards to |/home/account/public_html/folder/12/34/emailpost.php the | is important as it shows cPanel it is forwarding to a script
