i have a reseller account so my ip are dedicated?
so why do you change my ip for my reseller? I really love host nine..Eventhough i am only 9 months as a reseller this is the WORST problem i encounter.... Please i should use the new ip that nick give to me? I have a cms under my reseller how about the DATABSE for this where is now my DB? PLLEEEEASEEEEEE HELP ME!!i'am getting nervous now in this situation for my site and data that i have...\ please help me!!! |

If you need a new dedicated IP just fill out the usual form

This is something I never figured out. H9 keeps the list of IP's and when they do something to your account YOU are responsible for figuring that out and requesting a new IP. When I was moved from 1 server to another I had to request it even though they knew it would change. Why make the customer do extra work when it should just be part of their process?
