Default Importing contacts/messages

Is there a way to import messages from an inbox or contacts from an address book from another program?
I'm moving several email accounts over to H9 from MailEnable. In MailEnable, there is a way to forward all messages from one account to another but when you try and forward it to the same email address (even after dns has propogated) it ends up in the MailEnable inbox.
Any ideas?

I contacted H9 support about this and they said you can't set up a pop retrieval, but I found a way to do this anyway in case anyone else is trying to do the same thing.
After the new account is set up, you can log in to webmail, go to the horde interface, go to Options > Mail, then click Fetch Mail.
You can set up a pop retrieval to pull mail from your old server. So far i can only import the inbox, not any additional folders or contacts, but it's a start.
