cant delete an email from the outbox
Hello,
My client is saying that 1 email is stuck in the outbox, he cant delete it. He shutdown and reopen everything , same issue.. cant send that 1 email only and cant delete it either.. but he can send any other email Windows XP, with Microsoft Outlook Anyone know the problem?? Whats the error when trying to delete? What happens if they reopen the email and click send again?

Only a complete uninstanll and reinstall of Outlook will fix this, I've had it happen too
