Unhappy email issues on node9..anyone else?

One of my client on node 9 is getting some weird stuff.

Since yesterday (and everything was working great since the last 8-10 months probably with no changes whats so ever) when they receive an email from someone it seem that the FROM is always coming from username@node9.myserverhosts.com (with outlook and webmail)

I send them an email from my domain through webmail and samething happen...samething will happen if they send themself an email..

Im using the same node as them but everything seems OK with me, its only this domain name for now...

Please help!

Thanks Ben, It is working now. What was the problem?

This problem was weird, a lot of emails was going automatically to the junk folder and deleted items for all the employes using that particular domains, is it another issue you think or it was the same issue causing everything?

Default basin?

I'm having the exact same issue with my account on basin.
I haven't checked all other server locations, but all of my "FROM" info on my emails says:
From: "username@basin.myserverhosts.com on behalf of "ACTUAL SENDER EMAIL".

Submit a ticket for these issues, the forum is not for technical support from HostNine

Default Are the rude remarks necessary?

Hmmm?
Someone makes a post....
Some nice conversation takes place....
I reply because the original posts asks if there was anyone else having similar problem....

And all of the sudden the forum police single me out as 'asking for technical support' in the forums???

I simply replied to an original post.

Why didn't you ask the original poster not to post his issue here?

Rude comments like that are simply not necessary, and if you feel that they are, direct them more appropriately.

It's a bit unfortunate that I have to feel like I'm running the risk of being pulled over by the power-hungry forum police if I want to make a comment.... so I won't be making anymore here

Hi,

We encourage all customers, past, current, and future to join and post on our forums. Joshua is correct though - when seeking something that really can only be handled by our Tech Agents, we recommend you submit a support ticket.

I apologize if Joshua's reply came off as rude or inappropriate. I know he did not mean to.

But as all issues like these, we suggest you submit a ticket so that one of our staff members can actually troubleshoot and resolve any issues you may be experiencing.

Default lol

Seems everyone is missing the point here.

I wasn't posting here expecting technical support!

I already resolved my issue via technical support.

I was simply replying to the original poster as stating that he was not the only one... I also had this issue.

And it seems to me that if people are having issues... a forum is a platform that users can use to possibly interact and sometimes exchange notes in order to possibly fix their own issues.

Seems that these forums are becoming more of a dictatorship and not encouraging user interaction.

Oh well... I have better things to do with my time than explaining myself or worrying about it.

My life doesn't end just because I can't post what I want to say here on your forums.
