You need to fix your Support ticket system
When i go to your support section
There is no way to register to create an account to file a ticket Also in the email sent out after a ticket is filed there is no information on what the username and pass is to view it.. so there is no way to VIEW it You have removed parts of your support system

Your login is the same as the billing login, it's fully integrated.
