Error with ffmpeg.so: cannot open shared object file - but I'm not using it

Hello,

Since 18-Dec-2007, every visit to some cpanel account under my reseller account, returns following in their error_log:

"PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613//usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20020429/ffmpeg.so' - /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613//usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20020429/ffmpeg.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0"

Even after visiting simplest html pages, that are writen to the error_log in 'publis_html'.

Since H9 standard answers doesn't help, I hope that somebody in this community can give me a tip about this.

Have you submitted a ticket? This is an easy fix, if so whats the ticket #? I've not seen a ticket number from you on this.

306037 and 530375

Will it fix it for all cpanel accounts on my WHM?

There's no reason for this post or ticket, it is not causing an error in the site, it is simply my testing of ffmpeg. If this actually causes an error on a web page or CPanel, let me know.

OK, the problem is that I need to explain for clients why do an error_log file creates in their 'public_html' with that error.

When my testing is done, it will be removed. Again, this causes no issues, if they have a question about it, simply remove the file

If you have any questions about it, simply PM me. As this is not causing any actual harm to a website.
