Hello, one of my customer's site got suspended, I'm trying to find our the reason why, called up this morning, and i was been asked to submited a ticket to ask why, 6 hours now, No reply! Why suspend my account and not telling me why.
Suggestion: In the future, you can tell the suspended site owner or me what should we do to get the site back online instead of we submit a ticket ask why, that can save a lot of time. Because when a site is down, it's completly took that site(company) out of business, and can cause bad impression for their clients. can anyone help? I'm trying to find out the reason and get this site back online as quick as I can. I hope all hostine support staff can look into this issue immediately. Thanks! Ticket#: DHH-756979 |
