Default Cpannel account migration to Hostnine - DNS

hi Host9,

Got worried today when tar.gz file in your server was not extracting correctly. This is my first full cpannel migration process, and i hope to do it several times as long as new clients show up.
Hope to grow with same rate at hostnine.

Anyway, when restoring a cpanel account using the full backup tool generated by cpanel in old hosting, i got a question here.
This account have multiple add-ons domains. Client need to update DNS to point to h9 server, using my private name servers ( free of charge ) you provided me.
Do i tell the client to use my NS for all his domains DNS updating ?

Hi,

Yes you would use the private nameservers for all of your domains.

Backing up a 1,55 GB account with h9 turned up to be a must.
I just need to update nameserverīs for 10 domains now.
Support to end-user clients is really a copy/paste process, and one could be glad to provide such value to end.userīs.

As far as me, i just need to translate h9 ticketīs to portuguese.
A+ for support so far.

I will post nice things as badīs one if forum is not "censured".
