ok - I thought all I had to do to get .html files to process Server Side Includes was to add an apache handler using the cPanel - that created an entry in the .htaccess file of
AddHandler server-parsed .html That is not working - so what else do I need to do? I don't want to rename the files .shtml. I also changed .htaccess to Options +Includes AddType text/html .html AddHandler server-parsed .html I just checked another domain that I have here - it uses .shtml pages and they are not working either. hmmm - has to be something else then. anyone have any ideas? regards, Mike |

I solved this problem by talking to tech support.
