Hello.
Anybody knows who is responsible for support tickets (Level 2) I sumbmitted a support ticket on 24 October 2007 at 05:08 AM and Ben was kind enough to reply. His last reply was on 24 Oct 2007 at 02:57 PM and since then NOTHING!!! The issue discussed in my ticket hasn't been resolved until now!!! Shall I contact support and ask them to "degrade" that ticket to "Low Priotity" (instead of its current Priority "Critical") and let "Level 1 Support" handle it coz. they seem to be faster ![]() When is Ben Gabler anyway?! |

What is your ticket number? I apologize about that and will look into that right away as that is not normal at all. |

Gee, Ben, while you are at it, will you look at these tickets?
BBB-650947 (Open on September 14th, 8 weeks ago) NQC-456698 (This one's been open at least 3 weeks) How many weeks does the ticket need to be open before it is considered "normal"? Last edited by ttremain; 11-05-2007 at 04:46 PM. |

I just wanted to thank you guys for looking into my issues finally.
It did take a few days and a bit of prompting, but everyone has always been polite and understanding of my rants, and now its fixed my site is working better (and most importantly faster) than ever. Thanks especially to Ben ![]() -Tim |
