Getting to be beyond a JOKE
Hi I have 2 tickets opened, and require immediate attention, I am about to lose my domains due to H9's innactivity, I have transfered and paid for 2 domain transfers, showing in H9's ModernBill both domains have not been transfered, one domain is now expired.
Please look into my tickets for the information, seems that your sales dept. are ignoring my requests, never had this problem before, even at former companies. If you can't comply, please return my money, I can look elsewhere for more and better solutions. Thanks JE |

You will have to renew the expired domain with the current registrar before, a transfer will be possible.
Sorry, I know this wasn't your original question, but it is an important factor now. |

Joshua, I paid H9 $9.95 for the transfer and update on th 10 Oct, and it was not locked, it should have been transfered as it was showing up in ModernBill same day as updated to
swefil.com [?] 10/09/2007 10/09/2008 No Now the problem is that to update the domain the company require CC, I only have PayPal as payment processor at the moment due to the fact I cant get to my bank in Sweden to update my CC, as I am at the moment in Philippines.
