Changing Default Document type?
I am feeling dumb.
Can I change the default document in a sub folder? Thanks for any help, Brent

Hi,
You can add the following to the .htaccess file in that directory (if the .htaccess doesn't exist you can create it) DirectoryIndex filename.html

Thanks, that was it. I have been using asp servers for the last 4 years, and about forgot everything I ever knew. Last time I worked on apache, I was using vi & pico in a shell logon  Does my server provide a telnet portal? Thanks again! Brent
