Default My Review

Well I was with my old host for about a year and recently decided to move to HostNine9 because of the low pricing. I chatted with a Live Rep for almost an hour (yes an hour) before I decided to make the switch. He was very helpful. After one month of hosting I'm satisfied so far.

I will keep posting replies here as I continue with HostNine.
(Probably every four months)

well you are lucky... you changed because of price issue only. I do not care about price so much.. as I have experience that clients who trust me.. and I am responsible to them.. will relay on me. So I have to trust my host and relay on their expertise. Anyone who is in business will not change website provider just because of few dollars less per month.
Support is key to all!

And HOSTNINE rocks! so far I am simply AMAZED WITH support and attitude of people I have chat live or got support from: Jeff, Ryan, Tim and few other names I cannot remember. They are simply not only professional.. but also so helpful. It is just unreal. I am sure their effords will pay sooner or latter.. as you need to only support new arrivals with extra time.. then business will keep rolling. And I wish them all the best.

That may be true in some cases, but my previous host did not have such an outstanding support team that would keep me permanently with them. So after a year or so I looked for another host and found HostNine, which was considerably priced cheaper. I did take a gamble when switching, hoping HostNine's support would be at least as good as my previous host's. It was. Eventually I came to realize that not only is HostNine's price cheaper, but the support, believe it or not, is better than my previous host's.

Looking great so far...

The price is not the issue with me as well.

I only care about stability and SUPPORT.

I was 7 years with my las host, but support declined so much that I decided it was time to move.

Support is everything.
